Prime numbers on a die are 2,3 and 5
Number of favourable outcomes=3
total number of outcomes=6

Probability of getting a prime number =36
=12

Hence, the probability of getting a prime number is 12.

b) A number greater than 6:

Numbers on a die greater than 6 =None
Number of favourable outcomes=0
total number of outcomes=6

Probability of getting a number greater than 6 =06
=0

Hence, probability of getting a number greater than 6 is 0.
