When a person with myopia, hypermopia, and a normal person jump into the water to find a diamond ring, why does a person with mypoia find the ring easiest?

A person with myopia can see near objects clearly. A hypermetropic person cant see near objects. So when a person with myopia dives into a river and as he go close to the bed his vison will be clear where as a hypermetropic person wont see it clearly
