Let IB and Ic be the base current and collector current respectively.
Using Kirchhoff's loop law in loop (1) we get, VBB+IBRs+VBE=0
IB=VBBVBERs .......... (1)
Thus, if VBB increases then base current (IB) increases
Also collector current, Ic=βIB, where β is the current gain.
Hence IC also increases due to increase in base current
Using Kirchhoff's loop law in loop (2) we get, VCC+ICRL+VC=0
VC=VCCICRL ..........(2)
VC decreases due to increase in collector current (IC)
Hence, collector voltage (VC) becomes less positive when VBB is applied.
