$H=5000$

as $B={\mu }_0(I+H)$

$B={\mu }_0(M/V+H)$

or $B=3.14\times {10}^{-3}\times 4\times [\frac{5}{{10}^{-6}}+5\times {10}^3]$

$\therefore B=6.28$Tesla.
