The correct option is A

325 J, 75 J, 250 J


Substituting the values of mass, height and velocity of the shot in the formula:
Total energy = Potential energy + Kinetic energy = m × g × h + 12 m v2 = 325 J
The total mechanical energy will remain the same through out the flight.
Now, Potential energy = mgh = (5 × 10 × 5) = 250 J and Kinetic energy = 325 J - 250 J = 75 J
