According to stoke's law Viscous force Fv=6πηrv
& the terminal velocity v of the body of radius r, density ρ falling through a medium of density ρo is given by
v=2r2(ρρo)g9η where η is the coefficient of viscosity of medium.
So Fv=6πηr(2r2(ρρo)g9η)=4π(ρρo)g3×r3
We see that Fvr3
or FvV (volume)
