The student has observed two different type of cell while observing leaf peel under microscope, the two cells are gaurd cell and epidermal cell. The epidermal cells are irregular in shape with no intercellular space and it contain pores called stoma with gaurd cells, gaurd cell contain chlorophyll and nucleus.
