The correct option is B 50, 16
Given decimal is 3.125.
Now, 3.125 = 31251000

= 125×2540×25

= 12540

= 25×58×5

= 258

Given that, the numbers are two-digit numbers. But 8 is a single digit number. So finding a equivalent fraction 258 so that the denominator is a 2 digit number.
Hence multiplying both numerator and denominator by 2; we get,
258 = 25×28×2
=5016
Required numbers are 50, 16
