when a tyre burst, on touching it why feel cold sensation?

Air in the cycle tyre in under high pressure. When the tyre burst, the air comes into lower pressure region and thus expands. Now, expansion requires work. Air doing work loses energy and thus the temperature of the air goes down. Therefore, the air coming out of a cycle tyre is colder.
