The magnification of a spherical mirror is -

m=ffu

Now,

m1=ff(25)=ff+25

m2=ff[(25+15)]=ff+40

According to the question,

m1m2=4

4=ff+25ff+40

f+40f+25=4

f=20 cm

Hence, option (D) is the correct answer.
