Solution

The correct option is B 1758
Battle of Attock was Maratha effort to push back influence of Afghan Forces lead by Durrani Empire. Victory of Maratha in Battle of Attock paved way for Martaha frontiers reaching up to Afghanistan. For a short time period from 1758-1761, Maratha had control over Punjab, Multan and Kashmir. However they were not able to defend Ahmed Shah Abdali's retaliation during Third Battle of Panipat 1761.
