Qila Mubarak also known as Bathinda Fort is centrally located in the city of Bathinda. Raja Dab along with emperor Kanishka are believed to have built the fort. It has been in existence from 90-110 AD in its current place and is the oldest surviving fort in India. Guru Gobind Singh visited the Qila Mubarak 1705.To commemorate his visit to this fort, a Gurudwara was built within the fort premise in the later years.
