Unicellular organisms are single-celled organisms.
They divide by asexual reproduction methods such as fission, budding, etc.
Cell division basically consists of two processes karyokinesis and cytokinesis.
Karyokinesis involves division of the nucleus followed by cytokinesis in which the cytoplasm divides and produces a new distinct individual.
Children are like parents.
