When do we call a solution as saturated?
saturated
The solution is said to be saturated if no more solute can be dissolved in it. A solution is made by adding some solute to a solvent. If we keep adding more solute, there will be a point at which no more solute can be dissolved in the solvent. At this point the solution is said to be saturated. Below this point the solution is called unsaturated and above this point it is called supersaturated.
