The following documents are required to be submitted for the commencement of business: Declaration stating that the minimum required subscription of the shares has been allotted. Declaration stating that the directors have paid the required allotment money on their shares. Declaration stating that due to the failure of the company no amount of money is payable. A declaration stating that all the above requirements have complied. Regards
