Eno is a mixture of soda bi carb and citric acid in required proportions. When it gets mixed with water the bubbles of carbon dioxide gas gets produced.
This carbon dioxide gas relieves bloating of the stomach, even the soda neutralizes the acids in the stomach.

This is clearly a chemical change as the reactants are different than the products.Heat is also emitted so it is an exothermic reaction too.
