The correct option is A $C_{2} H_{2}$
When excess ethanol is heated with sulphuric acid, we get Diethyl ether.

$C_{2} H_{5} - O H (e x c e s s) c o n c . H_{2} S O_{4} - ------ \to C_{2} H_{5} - O - C_{2} H_{5}$

But when excess Sulphuric acid is used, it behaves like a dehydrating agent and we get Ethene.
