$4 F e C l_{3} + 3 K_{4} [F e (C N)_{6}] \to F e_{4} [F e (C N)_{6}]_{3} + 12 K C l$
The blue colour is due to $F e_{4} [F e (C N)_{6}]_{3}$ .
Therefore, total number of atoms per formula molecule are 43.
