HNO3 Vs NaOH
Pure HNO3 has high conductance due to the highly conducting H+ ions.
Once NaOH is added to HNO3, H+ (faster moving) are replaced with Na+ (slow moving) ions. Thus, decreasing the overall conductance till the equivalence point.
After the neutralisation, further addition of NaOH will increase the OH− ion concentration which increase the conductivity of the solution.
