Solution

The correct option is C
When a strong acid is titrated with strong base, it will get neutralised to salts.

HNO3 Vs NaOH
Pure HNO3 has high conductance due to the highly conducting H+ ions.
Once NaOH is added to HNO3, H+ (faster moving) are replaced with Na+ (slow moving) ions. Thus, decreasing the overall conductance till the equivalence point.
After the neutralisation, further addition of NaOH will increase the OH ion concentration which increase the conductivity of the solution.
Thus, graph (d) represent the conductometric titration graph for HNO3 Vs NaOH
