The correct option is C perchromic acid The reaction betweeen K22Cr2O7 (acidic field) and H2O2 is given as:
K22Cr2O7 + H2SO4+4H2O2→2CrO5+K2SO4+5H2O
The deep blue colour obtained is due to formation of CrO5; which fades away and compound gets decomposed to Cr3+ and O2 (g) in the aqueous solution readily. So, ether is added to extract CrO5 because it will remain stable in such medium.
