Solution

Rest:

  1. If the position of a body does not change with respect to any observer with time then the body is said to be at rest.
  2. Both rest and motion are frame-dependent which means anybody can be in rest or in motion for different observers.
  3. Example for rest body: Trees, buildings, and electric poles are in the rest of the Earth's frame of reference.
