Reaction involved:
KMnO4+H2C2O4+H2SO4K2SO4+MnSO4+CO2+H2O
Assign the oxidation number to Mn
Let the oxidation number of Mn be 'x'.
Oxidation number of SO24=O=2,K=+1.
In KMnO4: 1+x+4×(2)=0
x+18=0 or x=+7
In MnSO4: x+(2)=0
x=+2in the reaction thus:
K+7MnO4+H2C2O4+H2SO4K2SO4++2MnSO4+CO2+8H2O
