Open in App
Solution

No.
Only free metals will react with acid to form salt and H2 gas.
In milk the metals are not free,it is bonded with other elements and hence cannot react with HCl.
Remember that milk contain a large proportion of its volume as water, only a minute percent contains metals and vitamins which are not enough to react with HCl in our stomach.
