when ozone get decomposed it splits into o2 + [o] that is oxygen and nascent oxygen so when this nascent oxygen get combine with carbon monoxide then it forms co2 so does that co2 is useful for plants for photosynthesis?

Yes, the CO2 formed is useful for plants as they can utilise it for the process of photosynthesis. This reaction will also increase the level of CO2 in the atmosphere which is a greenhouse gas and so this can also lead to excessive greenhouse effect called as global warming.
