When planting a forest, the number of jambhul trees planted was greater than the numbers of ashoka tree by 60. If there aer altogether 200 trees of these two types, how many jambhul trees were planted.

Let no, of ashok trees be x
Jumbul trees are 60 more than ashok trees.
Numbers of jambhul trees is x+60
Now,
x+(x+60)=200
2x+60=2002x=20060
2x=140x=1402=70
Then,
we get number of ashok tree=70
And number of jambul trees =130
