when rain water is accompanied by a thunderstorm the collected rain water has a pH value?

pH is the a scale to measure how acidic or basic a substance is. Normal water has a pH of 7 i.e. it is neutral however rainwater has a pH of 5.6 approximately which is slightly acidic due to the presence of carbon dioxide gas from the atmosphere.
