The correct option is A 1931 CE
The Sikar peasant movement started when the new Rao of Sikar estate Raja Kalyan Singh increased the land revenue by 25 to 50 %. He did this on the pretense of over expenditure on the funeral of the previous Rao Raja in 1922 CE as well as on his own enthronement programme. He promised that concession would be given in the next year that is 1923 CE. He, however, failed to keep up his promise. After he failed to keep up his promise, the farmers of Sikar raised their voice under the leadership of Ramnayaran Chaudhary. The London based newspaper Daily Herald published articles in favor of the Sikar peasant movement. In 1925 CE, Sir Panthic Lawrence raised his voice in support of the farmers of Sikar peasant Movement in the House of Commons of the British Parliament. The 'Rajasthan Jat Kshetriya Sabha' which was formed in 1931 CE infused the peasant movement with a new vigor.
