Solution

There is a possibility for growing weed in that soil. This is because, there are chances for the presence of seeds of weeds in that soil. Most of them will not be visible to human eye in a simple inspection. The seeds of such weeds are so adaptive to even the harsh environmental conditions. They somehow survives the situations. So even if the soil is deeply digged, they are seen once the adequate condition arrives. That is along with the crops we plant, using its water and manuers.
