For a satellite near Earth's surface, the orbital velocity:
v0=GMeRe...(1) And escape velocity:
ve=2GMeRe...(2) From equation (1) and (2),

ve=2v0

Satellite will escape from earth's surface if v0 is increased to ve.

x%=vev0v0×100

x%=(2v0v0v0)×100
