When there is a cut on our hand, blood oozes out, but blood pressure is 120/80 mm Hg and atmospheric pressure is 760 mm Hg, so blood should not ooze out. How is it possible?

Atmospheric pressure related to gases while blood pressure related to flow of blood it's not possible at all..blood comes out due to rupturing of blood vessels
