When three lines intersect each other at three different points, then how many angles will be formed?
In the figure above, three lines AB, BC and AC intersect each other at three points A, B, and C.
Total angles subtended at point A = 4. (As shown in the figure)
Similarly, four angles are subtended at points B and C.
Hence, the total number of angles that are formed when three lines intersect at three points = 4 + 4 + 4 = 12.
