The correct option is C 6%
Let the GST % be x.
CGST will be $\frac{x}{2}$
GST on ₹24000 = ₹2880
GST % = x% = $\frac{2880}{24000} \times 100$ = 12%
CGST = $\frac{12}{2}$ = 6%
Hence the CGST being charged @ 6%
