when two bodies approach each other with different speeds the distance between them decreases by 120m for every one minute if they are moving in the same direction the distance between them increases by 90 m for everyone minutes the speeds of the bodies are

here we shall use the concept of relative speed
let the speed of the bodies be v1 and v2
if two bodies are approaching each other relative speed will be
v1+v2=120 m per minute......(1)
v1-v2=90 m per minute ........(2)
(1)+(2)=>2v1=120+90
2v1=210
v1=210/2=105 m per minute=105/60=1.75 m/s
from (1)105+v2=120
v2=120-105=15 m per minte=0.25 m/s
PS here signs does not matter because we are dealing with speed not velocity
