The correct option is B 5 m/s and 1 m/s
Let the speed of the bodies be x and y

When the two bodies moving uniformly towards each other,

x+y=6 ....... (1)

and, when the bodies move in the same direction with the same speeds,

xy=4 ..... (2)


Solving (1) and (2)

x=6 and y=2

The speed of the bodies is 5m/s and 1m/s
