As we know, that friction force depends on the nature of the surface and the normal force acting between the surfaces in contact but it does not depend on the surface area in contact between the surfaces. Hence if the normal force is same for the two objects and surface in contact is also same then the friction force experienced by both the objects is same so the ratio will be 1:1.
