When we any liquid in the fridge for a long time it doesn't form to ice, but, when we keep a liquid in the freezer, it forms to ice. Why does that happen ?

The freezer temperature in a refrigerator is below the freezing temperature of water (00 C) and so water is converted into solid form.
The other parts of the refrigerator are at a temperature above the freezing point of water and hence it remains in the liquid phase.
