When we burn a candle it's colour formed is yellow and orange why not in gas stove

Yellow flames is because of incomplete combustion which therefore also accompanies some smoke.

Blue flame is due to complete combustion and smokeless and therefore produces more heat compared to yellow flame.
so in candle ,there is incomplete combustion so it is in yellow colour whereas in lp stove , there is complete combustion hence blue colour
