Question

When we ingest our food it goes the oesophagus in the form of bolus . But due to some uneasiness if we force out the food by vomiting (by ourselves not automatically) the food comes out as we ate it .. how is it possible that after the for changes into bolus how can it come out as we ate it???

No, it does not come as it is.
The bolus form means cohesive mass of food. When you forcefully vomit a bread or chapati, it will not come out in form of pieces, rather it will come out in form of bolus that is a cohesive mass.
If you vomit it after long time, then it will come out in digested form, means in liquid form
