when we land suddenly in flight we feel a push . Is it bcz of inertia?
if it is then how ? bcz there is no change in direction or speed much

The push you feel upon landing is due to the inertia of motion. When the plane lands or has contact with the ground, at about 250kmph which is about the same as the take-off speed, the brakes are applied while your body is still moving forward along with the plane, hence you feel a forward push due to the heavy braking just like you would feel while braking in a car. Speed changes since the plane stops from 250kmph to standstill in about in seconds.
