When we make same image s in our notebook and
turn pages of our n.b.,we see the image moving.what is this phenomenon called?

The property used is called persistance of vision.
Its a property of human eye in which the image that we just saw remain in our vision for a few micro seconds.
When we turns the pages, the image remains in our mind for some mind, and at the same time we see the next page, creating an effect of image moving.
Also note that same phenomenon was used in old movie theaters.Where pictures are continously used to make a video effect.
