When we mix red colour in a milk so that the colour of milk gets changed and became the orange so this is chemical change or physical change. Explain it in details.

Mixing of color in milk does not change the chemical nature of the milk ( considering dyes and colors here). There is no change in the substance at the molecular level. No new bonds are formed neither bonds are broken. No new substance is formed. No Chemical properties of milk change. Color of a substance is a physical attribute.
Therefore, Mixing of color in milk is a physical change.
