Solution

Uniform acceleration:

  1. When a body is changing its velocity at a constant rate i.e. equal change in velocity in an equal interval of time, then the body is said to be moving with uniform acceleration.
  2. Example: the free-falling of an object.

Non-uniform acceleration:

  1. When a body is changing its velocity at different rates, then the body is said to be moving with non-uniform acceleration.
  2. Example: The bus is leaving from the stop.
