Solution

Olfactory glands also are known as Bowman's glands are situated in the olfactory mucosa, beneath the olfactory epithelium, in the lamina propria which is a connective tissue also contains fibroblasts, blood vessels, and bundles of fine axons from the olfactory neurons. The receptor cells have long cilia that protrude into a mucus layer that is secreted by the gland in the olfactory epithelium.
