Where do we find squamous simple epithelial tissue?
Bowman's Capsule
Squamous simple epithelial tissue is found in the inner lining of lungs and on the surface of most organs but it is present abundantly in the Bowman's capsule of a nephron. It is required where rapid diffusion of substances happen and they are quite permeable. In fact in the Bowman's capsule it aids in ultrafiltration.
