  • Ciliated epithelium- They are mostly found in tracheal and bronchial regions of pulmonary system. They are also found in fallopian tube of female reproductive system.
  • Columnar epithelium- They are found throughout the body organ system including digestive tract and female reproductive system. They are also found in respiratory system including nasal passage. They line the ears and buccal cavity and are also found in eyes.
  • Cuboidal epithelium- They line the surface of small glands in body. They contribute to some of kidney tubules and creates covering of ovary. They lines the wall of respiratory bronchiole
  • Sensory epithelium- They are notably the hair cells of inner ear and receptor cells of taste buds. They also includes rods and cones of retina.
  • Adipose connective tissue- They are found under skins, around eyes, around kidneys, in bones and abdomen. They get deposited between bones, in intestine and their membrane folds and also around heart.
