Where do non green plants get their food from?

Dear student,
The plant which is green in color prepares its own food via photosynthesis. However, plants which lack green color pigment are non- photosynthetic and they depend on another source to acquire its food. Its mode of nutrition may be parasitic or insectivorous

eg. Cuscuta parasitic plant , Nepenthese- Insectivorous plants
