Question
Where does maximum constructive interference occur?
Open in App
Solution
Constructive interference is said to take place at the points where the intensity is maximum.
When the maxima of the two waves add together the amplitude of the resultant wave will be equal to the sum of the individual amplitude.
Also the two waves are in phase with each other.
