where does oxidation and reduction occur in electrochemical and electrolytic cells?

Oxidation always takes place at anode and reduction at cathode. The difference between electrochemical and electrolytic cells is that in electrochemical celss the anode is negative and cathode is the positive electrode and in electrolytic cells it is the reverse.
