Ultrafiltration is the filtration of blood from waste and excessive substances. The glomerulus is the part of the nephron that helps in the ultrafiltration.
Reabsorption and secretion take place simultaneously in the tubular part (PCT, Loop of Henley, DCT) of the nephron.
